Our Services typically follow the stages below, however, if you already have your own design or firm ideas, we’re more than happy to tailor our involvement to suit:

We’ll meet with you and discuss your design brief, visit your site, and prepare a Concept specifically to suit your needs and your site.

We’ll prepare not only 2d floor plans, but also 3d floor plans and a virtual building model of your design – all of which work together to take the guesswork out of the design. You don’t have to be an expert at reading plans to understand the design!

We’ll provide you with a 3d model viewer so you can fly through, explore and visualise your home in 3d on your own device, and make informed design decisions.

We meet to discuss your thoughts and comments on the initial concept design, and then incorporate these into the design.

We further develop the design to include more detailed kitchen design and interior layouts.

You can visualise your home in more detail, and even explore various colour schemes.

We’ll review and firm up your selections for the building materials, and can arrange for a budget estimate to be prepared for you by an indepedent consultant, or you can take the concepts to your preferred builder for discussions.

We provide a very comprehensive set of architectural drawings and specifications, using the latest ArchiCAD architectural software.

Our detailed “plans” are well-prepared and well-considered – we look at how things go together, and consider “build-ability”, affordability, and “live-ability”.
We use the latest MasterSpec specification system, which is fully customised to suit your project.

Drawings are issued in hard copy. PDF copies of all documents are made available via a 24/7 online document portal, so all involved in the project can have unrestricted access to the documents, and unnecessary printing is avoided.

We lodge the Building Consent application on your behalf (you pay the Council fees of course), and we follow the consent through to issue for no additional charge.
